First round - written .. They asked us to write java programs ..
Second - Manager round - He will ask us to write almost all programs .. as if we are developer .. they won't ask questions to tester level..

communication assessment—read and speak, listen and speak, conversation, topic description
technical interview—basics of Java programming, OOPS concept
HR interview—salary discussion
after this pre skilling training for three months , consists of core java, and testing modules and softskills , and complete the assessment to score 60 & above
First round is Written test and 2nd round is face to face round. Even for the correct code Interviewer said it's wrong, may be she knows only one method. I am not satisfied.
