Interview
The written exam was different for our batch due to covid, it was conducted online. We had game based aptitudes and all. The written exam had 4 sections and they were section wise elimination. I cleared the written exam, and got selected for interview round. It was held in their virtual platform. My technical and HR interview took place in the same day. For technical interview, the interviewer asked me many questions from networking, DBMS, C, Java, python. Then she even asked me to write a query. She was very patient and supportive. After technical interview, they asked me wait for 5-10 mins for HR interview. My hr interview was very smooth. She asked me about my project, challenges i faced while i made the project in group. How do i function as team leader, or in a group. She was very impressed by me. The results were out a few days later and i had been selected for ASE role.
Interview was based mostly on resume (projects, skills). Current company role and what work i do in my current job. How do you approach a problem and what steps do you take to solve it.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in Mar 2026

Interview
Basic interview, good experience. The interview questions asked were basic for a fresher but rejected because i did not have an internship prior. Just one round of interview that lasted for about 30 minutes.
