Initial outreach from company recruiter, followed by several weeks of silence. Finally interviews scheduled, very informal interview but detailed enough to understand role and accomplishment. Followed by weeks of silence and an offer letter.

In total 4 interviews with different VPs. All interview partner were very nice and structured. It started with an their introduction and then an overview on my experience so far. After that, there were question around market assessment, industry specific areas and so forth
