There were 3 profiles like Analyst(4.25 LPA), Star Analyst(5.75 LPA) and Senior Analyst(7.5 LPA) for which Capgemini came to out college. ROUND-1 (English and Technical MCQ) It was a technical assessment consists of data structures, algorithms, fundamentals of database, cloud, and networking. For roles specific to your streams technical assessment would comprise of stream specific topics. There were 10-15 questions of these topics and total was around 50 questions. This round consists of Gaming round (4 sections) which you can only participate if you clears the MCQ round. There were different types of games like : Motion Challenge, Inductive Thinking, Grid Challenge, Deductive Thinking etc. My round 1 was on 06/09/2022. NOTE : Candidate assessment clearance depends on the scores of each module. Each round will be a mandatory, elimination round. Suggestion : I would suggest doing practice from sites like GeeksforGeeks and others as it will give the confidence to solve problems. ROUND-2 (Coding Round) Coding / Level 2 Technical assessment was a mandatory round and will be applicable for students eligible for higher package roles. Eligibility was combination of the student’s performance in their academics and Capgemini Exceller assessments. As after first round I was selected for higher profile so, I was eligible for coding round. There were 2 coding question one was easy and another was medium level question, but time allotted was only 40 mins. I was able to solve both the question and selected for Senior analyst role while those who solved only one question are selected for Star analyst role. My round 2 was on 08/09/2022. Tips : Keep an eye on the remaining time. ROUND-3 (Spoken English Assessment) This round was mandatory but not an elimination round. To practice you can find English Assessment questions on gfg and other websites. My round 3 was also on 08/09/2022. ROUND-4 (Technical + HR Interview) We were waiting in queue on Superset platform. For me this round was about 15 mins (It completely depends on the interviewer). Interviewer started with Tell me something about yourself. After then she asked me to describe my project step by step, what is cloud computing then some questions form OOPS,DSA and CPP (They generally asks which programming language you are comfortable with). Then she asked some HR questions like tell me something about Capgemini, Strengths ,Weakness, If you were given a chance which domain will you choose to work on and why. Almost all interviewer gives you a chance to question them, use this opportunity to show them you’re really exited to join there organization. My round 4 was on 13/09/2022. Tips : Read about the organization and there interview experiences before any interview. Be calm and confident. Finalyyyy, I received a mail on 23/09/2022 saying you are selected as Senior Analyst.
