Interview was 45 minutes long and was a mixture of talking about my experience, why I would be good for the role, why the company, if I was open to work anywhere in the country and technical questions.
Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
