Interview
It is a long day all over Microsoft Teams - about six hours long. About four different sections to it. They do not give you many days to prepare. One where you watch a presentation where you can ask questions, one about competency, one about the role specifically and one with a recent graduatete on a program within the business.

Interview
1st round was a situational strength test - round of case studies and how you would react/answer questions on certain situations
2nd round is video interview - 3 questions 30 secs to read 3 minute answers
