Interview
The interview was a campus hiring , they were offering differential hiring for 2 roles , Analyst and Senior Analyst. Analyst with a package of 4.5 LPA and Senior Analyst with a package of 7.5 LPA. The Qualifying rounds were unique as they were game based rounds held on AON platform , followed by English rounds, and then one interview round.
It was quite tricky but it's too worth it. It's totally depends upon the real time projects You have made. As final word I can say that it's totally depends upon the skills you have equipped with the role you have applied.
I registered on LinkedIn. I applied for the post. I received a call from the recruiter within the next week and then I interviewed the very next day. Within the next week I onboarded.
The company came for on campus recruitment. The process consisted of three stages:
1. Online Assessment
2. Technical Round
3. HR Round
Online Assessment was aptitude based with some object oriented programming mcqs. In the technical interview, the panel asked me to write some pseudo code in python.
