It was a standard interview. I was speaking with the owner and they asked me basic questions. When was I available, how flexible are my hours, when were my class times, how many days a week I wanted to work, why I wanted to be there, and how I could contribute. I was also asked to name a time I had a conflict with my fellow employees and how it was handled. Very basic questions.
