First round is the HR round where they ask you about your current job and previous working experience. they tell you about the company. They ask you about your current expectation. Next round is the Manager round who tests your internal audit skills. Next is head of the department round who also tests your skills.

This necessitating the usual "supply CV/resumé" process, but no application form on top of routine registration. When I received the letter inviting me for interview that asked me to prepare a short (5 minute) presentation on the subject of the job I was going for. Provide your own aids

Actually was given a brief to make a 5 minute presentation on "The audit process". No aids were offered, so it was a matter of doing your best with what you could bring. I used an iPad which didn't work too well due to its size. IPad Pro might have been better?
