Total 2 rounds of interview. There was 5 interviewers interviewed me at the same time. It took about 30 minutes. Office environment was good and huge working space. Meet with the HR and team lead at the second interview.

1.Phone call interview-> interview 2.Aptitude test 3.Staff who interview me was really arrogant. Basically HE look down on the candidate who is not from Sg. They said "hmm i am not sure whether SG gov recognise your school." Remember HE is not representative of Sg gov. The person is not the one who can judge like that. I tot he is graduate from well known University but he wasnt even gradute Uni though. 4. They are not professional totally. They dont even know what is regulation of some position but anyhow say. 5. I got really bad impression of Capita. Especially, some man who is in team leader or manager whatever role. He will trying to make your mood very bad. Thats all.
