Capital FM interview questions

Group interview and some people receive the job. It started off with some ice breakers. Then continued to some questions about your previous experience and then a quiz about Capital. The main focus was to see if you would be a good ambassador for the brand. The job is also zero-hour contract.

They sought to find out my training and past experience. They wanted to know what I would offer to the company. They were offering to start me in a reporter position. I did a voice test and met the Chairman on the same day. Got the job on the spot.
