It takes forever. You need to be very patient. A few years ago it was much more professional. If you got a phone interview it was "high level." Recently it seems outsourced and less professional. I had a recent phone interview and it was obvious the person was calling from their home. A barking dog interrupted conversation during the dialogue.

A few years ago, as I stated before, it was 'high level." The questions were more about describing your experiences with team, difficult colleagues, achievements. Pretty standard questions. Recently it's more about customer service - and experience with a difficult situation.
