The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Group (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
There were 4 total interviews. First was very brief phone interview where they gave a description of the job. If you are interested after the first call they schedule a second more in depth phone interview. The third interview is conducted over the phone and via live webcam. 4th interview was in person. After the interview you take a tour of the campus and can get a first look at where you will potentially work. After the 4th interview It was about a week before they called and offered the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Every interview was the same format: they are looking at how you handle yourself in challenging situations, times when you needed to make quick decisions, etc. They are looking for specific examples of what you have done in your work and how you reached goals, solved problems, and so on.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capital Group (Carmel, IN) in Apr 2021
Interview
Disappointed with the process. HR rep didn't show up for the scheduled video interview. When I sent an email, they were out of the office for the day. The rescheduled call, the HR rep didn't turn on their video camera and didn't apologize or acknowledge that they missed the first interview time, and then didn't pass me through to the next round.

Question 1
They asked if I had any issues waiting several weeks until June when they had the next hiring class starting.

Interview
I applied online and got an email shortly after to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening was very brief, and the interviewer was very personable. I felt like she was interested in my success in the interview process. She described the entire interview process, answered a lot of my questions about the position, and followed up via email to let me know who would be contacted me next and when.
The next phone interview was longer and asked all behavioral questions. She also seemed friendly and interested in my success. She let me know she was moving me forward in the process and that someone would contact me within the next week or so to schedule a video conferencing interview.
Two weeks passed and I did not hear anything. I followed up to see what was going on, but was not given specific details. I was told that there were no more continued interviews being given for the position, and it was suggested I apply for a similar position with the same pay rate (it was not, it was lower) and they would fast track me in the interview process. I was left feeling that I had been forgotten in that first interview process and they were trying to find a way to make it right.
When I finally scheduled the video conferencing interview, it was an administrative assistant (not the interviewer) who emailed me with the information about the interview and video conferencing requirements, the name of the person I would interview with, and the schedule of available interview slots.I was also encouraged to schedule an appointment for a test of my software and hardware with the 3rd party company that provides the video conferencing software.
Upon the time of the video interview, it ended up being another phone interview as the interviewer's webcam was on the fritz. This interviewer did not seem so upbeat , friendly and enthused. Her questions were more behavioral types. When I asked if she had any additional questions for me, needed further clarification, or had any concerns about my ability to succeed in this position, she ignored the question and simply said they would be in touch. Needless to say, I did not move to the face-to-face (and final) position of the interview.
