The interview process is very rigorous. I met with about 6 people including HR. I also had to take a straight forward math test - arithmetic. They take a long time with the process but are slowly getting better. My ex co-worker was contacted by HR to validate my past work experience.

First I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Weeks went by before I was scheduled for an interview. When I was finally scheduled for the interview it was a four hour process. I had four interviews, one hour each, with two interviews at each. For a total of eight people.
