      Senior Investment Writer Interview

      3 Aug 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capital Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2024

      Interview

Capital Group’s interview/selection process is lengthy and comprehensive, but for good reason: To help ensure a strong, long-term mutual fit for both the company and the prospective employee. The interviewers ask probing, thoughtful questions and encourage the candidate to do the same. Everyone took my questions seriously and responded accordingly in a professional but warm and approachable manner. True to its claim, the firm really does seem to hire people who are both nice AND smart (not always an easy combination to find). I’m at the very end of the process and potentially expecting an offer shortly - fingers crossed that it comes through!:)
