Phone interview > Interview with two managers for 1 hour long interviews back to back. One is the technical interview and the second interview is mainly behavioral with some talks about technical projects and languages.

Interview
Overall, the process lasted for 3 weeks. Applied online, and next I was contacted by a university recruiter for a behavioral phone screen. Then, a final interview that lasted about 2 hours.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had conflict in a group setting.
Standard 3 round interview. First round was through a recording interview application. Next round consisted of interviewing with team members and mangers from different departments. Final round was with the Director.
