Capitol Bank (WI) interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter about interest in the position. Turned out I was the only one of the five resumes submitted that got an interview. Had a great discussion with the interviewer. Very impressed with the company culture and work environment. The company was looking for someone with better credit skills than what I can offer them.
