Starting with a phone call, then an in person interview followed up by a phone call about a week later I was offered the position of RN in long-term care/rehab. I was hesitant at first to take the job because some of the building is either under construction or vacant.

Question 1
One of the weirdest questions I've ever been asked in an interview was, "Is there anything you can think of that would make you resign your position if offered a job at Capitol Lakes." I thought that was a strange question.
