I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capstone Logistics
Interview
Interview is simple. They review your application. If you have heartbeat and willingness to work, they bring you in for a tour. They'll show you the different docks where unloading occurs and try to explain the pay structure and some of the operational logic around unloading. It will all go in one ear and out the other, but if you're interested, they'll tell you to come in for orientation, where you'll spend a couple hours watching videos and taking quizzes which the hiring manager will give you the answers to if you're struggling. Then, you'll start work the next day. If they assign you to the cooler, well.. good luck.
