Captain Words Ghost Writer Editor Translator interview questions

It was Google meeting. Before that meeting I had to submit online form. It was postponed 3 or 4 times and I was notified just 3 or 5 minutes before Interview cancellation. Once it was just interrupted due to employer's bad internet connection. During the interview I was asked about my experience in translation and proofreading and favorite, known and unknown topics. Before the interview I used to work only as a Georgian writer (proofreading and translation jobs were included), after the interview I was asked to work as a Turkish and Russian writer as well. I offered the employer my diplomas and certificates but she said it was not necessary, since Captain Words never collects such an information. And she said they already have whole information about the employees but didn't clarify how.
