CaptionCall Communication Assistant interview questions

It is a two step process that lasts about two hours. First part you are taken to be tested on typed and verbal dictation. They evaluate your score and then you will be seen by one of the managers to go through a formal interview. Background check and drug testing is required.

In my case, they didn't know I was coming in for an interview. I didn't interview with a manager, I interviewed with a TLS. This TLS then told me I was overqualified to work there, but I still accepted the position.
