Not only is their application process a pain to deal with (25 quantitative questions about hypotheticals where you rate your response and apparently so does the hiring manager with no baseline metric revealed to candidates), they are not interested in people with actual skill sets and experience level. Will never apply for another position at CarMax. Waste of time and effort.
