One phone interview. Three in person interviews. Ridiculous. Big waste of time and unnecessary exposure during covid. Phone interview is the exact same first in person interview. These interviews span over the time of four weeks

Standard hr questions, like what wast a time you used teamwork and provided customer service
Very intensive and redundant. Questions that are super corporate. Found all the questions to be cookie cutter and to the point where I found the answers they were looking for online.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CarMax (Fayetteville, NC) in May 2015
Interview
Asked about relevant experience, asked me to speak about prior jobs. Described the working hours, and shop layout. Spoke about manager and their roles in helping the mechanics do their jobs.
