Easy going, behavior bases. Phone interview then in person with 3 rounds. Sales Manager, used car manager, inventory manager. Got an offer on the spot. The whole process from applying took about a week.

I submitted my resume online, recieved a call to schedule an onsite interview. Interview was fairly easy. They asked about 5 situational questions. Manager was a delight to talk to.
