Straightforward, simple interview process with professional people and a solid system in place. Would recommend doing research on the company and industry heading into the interview process. Very professional process.

2.Interview with 2 employees and the recruiter. March 30th 2026
3. Interview with Director of Customer Success. (Shelby Moss) April 3rd 2026
4. An assessment navigating the platform. Customer facing and back end work its very easy. April 3rd 2026
5.Interview with Director again with one other person that was expected and then 2 more unexpected individuals. April 8th 2026
6. Follow up email April 20th 2026 Still havent heard back.
7. Follow up text April 24th, 2026 Unresponsive.
8.Called them out on May 5th and wouldnt you know it they responded in less than 2 hours. No accountability. Look at the other interview reviews. There are individuals in this organization that avoid accountabiility at all costs. I ended up finidng another job in the process. The communication is so poor before you even start imagine working in a place where you get no coorespondence.
