Caraustar interview questions

Interview asked detailed questions about skills and wanted to know interests. Made it more about what I wanted to do in the future and asked about my interests. Hiring process was very smooth and easy once background check and drug test came back I was able to start right away. They were flexible with my schedule and have been accommodating

The interview was casual. Spent a good part of a day one on one with different leaders at the plant asking and answering questions. Then had a formal interview over lunch that was also casual. They made me want to talk to them. Instead of drilling or gotcha questions, they asked questions that sparked conversation so that both sides could make a good decision about whether I was a fit. Was told numerous times I was there to interview them just as much as they were interviewing me. It was not like any other interview I have been to. Really enjoyed the process.
