For my position it was a 2 stage process but i have heard there can be a longer recruitment process. Pre-interview Write a 300 word news article for the company website 1st stage An hour meeting with the Marketing Manager followed by a 30 minute test where I had to effectively create a marketing strategy for promoting Carbon Clears services to the financial sector. Followed by another 30 minute interview with a director. 2nd Stage 1 hour interview with the HR Manager and Executive Assistant. 30 minute interview with two members of the Annalist and Consulting team. 30 minute interview with the CEO 20 minute interview with the Marketing Manager
