They don't tell you that you have two people interviewing you at the same time, firing off questions with rapid fire that have very little to do with the job.

First started with a phone call with a recruiter then a video interview with a hiring manager. I didnt make it past the hiring manager interview, they were looking for someone with a longer tenure in sales even though it was an entry level role.

I had the initial phone interview which went well. I always make it to the second interview due to my sales experience. There was no communication at all from the Talent Acquisition.

Easy and quick. There were 3 interviews. Pay could be better compared to the market. They had us do a project. After offer was accepted they had us do a drug test with a hair test strand.
