I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Jul 2025
Interview
The process took nearly 3 months. Extremely slow with no feedback and long periods in between stages. The process consisted of a recruiter interview, hiring manager and panel. After investing months of time in this process, I received a generic rejection email that did not acknowledge the time invested or various interviews. Very poor candidate experience.

Describe a time where you worked on a project with you used personalization? What was the result?
It was streamlined and relative to the job description. The interviewer stayed on track and asked questions in line with the role. There were two interviewers, one a c-suite level executive/director, and the other the lead project manager.
