The interview process was very smooth. The first round was over the phone with human resources and I was asked all basic questions. The second round was a video interview with human resources where I was asked about my experience and background. The third round was with the team where they explained the daily workflow and wanted to know more about me and why do I think I am a perfect fit for this position. The fourth and final round was with the Director of CRF where she asked questions like- 1) Why CRF? 2)What interested me the most? 3)How would I transition from my current role to CRF? At the end of the interview, I was given a verbal acceptance and told that HR would get in touch with me regarding the start date, offer letter, and package. After a week, HR contacted me and I sent out all the necessary details and documents to start the onboarding process. It has been 4 months now- multiple emails to CRF and nobody has responded to date.
If they did not want to hire me there was no point in wasting 2 precious methods of mine.
