The interview process at Care Sherpa isn't like the interview process of other employers that I have experienced...but in a good way. CS takes great pride in giving applicants many opportunities to learn about the company, meet some of our team members, be given the good/bad/ugly of our work, ask questions that are company and role specific and ultimately speak with our CEO should they be moved forward through the entire interview process to determine if Care Sherpa and the role is right for them.
Being a remote employer affords CS the advantage of navigating LOTS of applicants interested in our company and our role. At any given time we may have hundreds of applicants for 1 open role so it takes time to review applications to find the best fit for the role/service line. With a multi-step interview process and lots of applicants, applicants are notified that our process may not be quick as we work to coordinate meetings with many individuals involved.
CS communicates to our applicants that they can reach out at any time if they are curious about the status of their progress as we are working to speak with other applicants through the process.
