Long and arduous with regular delays in follow-up. Inconsistencies between requests vs. what they were actually for. Repetitive conversations. 8 rounds of interviews. 2 hour presentation. Misleading communications about "an offer" which was really just another Q&A session.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CareAcademy in Apr 2022
Interview
Miranda called me and we spend the first 20 minutes chatting about the role and myself. We spent another 20 minutes chatting about my past digital nomad lifestyle. She's friendly but will tear you down if she needs to cover up for her mistake.
Morgan Rosh did a mock interview on our third call which was really easy.

I applied online. I interviewed at CareAcademy (Boston, MA) in Dec 2021
Interview
The first round was a casual “get to know you” virtual interview which included a general discussion of my interest in web development and mainly a chance for me to ask questions.
The interview was followed by a take home project to build a basic Ruby on Rails Restful API that can handle issues such as scalability.
