CareDx interview questions

Its was an okay expereince too really long time to respond back I think the interviewer could be nicer I don't know if I would take or accpet then offer it was okay I don't know

Got an email from recruiter to setup a phone call. Call was for 45minutes. Focus was fully on why i was leaving my current job and the past job history. Recruiter was emotionless and dry. Instead of focusing on what I bought to the table for this position and the company as a whole, the focus was too much on why I wanted to leave my current position and my past job history. The company needs to rethink their interviewing strategy.
