Career Group Companies interview questions

The job process was typical. It was a zoom and then an in-office visit as the second round. The second round was a more thorough interview where the first round they were more trying to get to know you.

I had a 15 minute call with an Account Executive, it went well and she was really nice. She told be I needed to sign up with her career website even when I was hesitant because of the selling of personal information I saw on the websites terms and conditions. She told me that it was only so that she could be my recruiter, so I signed up. After this and the screening interview, she told me I was a great fit for the role and that she would put my resume through to the hiring manager. I sent her a thank you email and a few follow ups but never heard from her again. Very unprofessional and upsetting.
