I submitted a resume, and very quickly was contacted by a Seniorlink recruiter. The interview was friendly, and she asked me to take a personality test and fill out a longer application. I met with two other people in the organization, and expected an offer. That was the last time I could reach them.
I had always felt very highly of this company, and never expected that they would ghost me. I have heard since then from a former employee that they have changed a lot as they have grown their business, so maybe the great customer service (which I think includes the recruiting process) is out the window with that. Such a disappointment. I think I could have added a lot to their team, but I do understand not getting the job, but all signs pointed to an offer. And then, never hearing back after four interviews? I can take a hint, but this late in the game, I shouldn't have to.
