I applied online. I interviewed at Caregiver Services (Miami, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
The senior management executive that interviewed me was unorganized and chose to chat with me about beauty products instead of what I interviewed for. Once she reviewed my resume in front of me not even prior to, she was shocked to see I had experience in Human Resources and offered me a position in that department; she then proceeded to advise a nearby employee to remind her to "fire the HR lady before Monday".

Question 1
This office is very high pace and loud, what previous experience do you have working in such environments?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Caregiver Services (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2012
Interview
I basically filled out paperwork and had the job. No interview at all. Just had to prove that I had a nursing license, pass a background check, prove I had at least 2 years experience with pediatric patients. My previous employers had to give satisfactory reviews. I literally was asked a total of zero questions.

Question 1
There were no interview questions. I filled out paperwork, went for my fingerprinting. Not even a drug test. As soon as my background check and references came back, I was told I had the job. Should've known then and there it was a good company to work for, but the schedule flexibility was a big draw.
