Video interview with internal HR, tried to build conversation but the lady didn’t seem interested or engaged. Got completely ghosted after the interview even after trying to follow up. Assumed I didn’t get it when I saw the job advertised again. Would be nice if they could atleast tell people if it’s a no if you’ve spent the time to interview.
