A Cargill recruiter called me on Wednesday to schedule a phone interview on Friday. A couple of hours later I received a message from the same person asking for a phone interview followed by a message apologizing for calling again. Friday morning I received a call from Cargill Talent Aquisition to schedule a Skype interview for the following week. I mentioned that I had a phone interview with their recruiter scheduled for 12:00 that day and asked if it was being replaced or if it was still going to take place. The Talent Acquisition person said the Recruiter will still call you at 12:00 for her interview. The Recruiter called at 1:08 and said she forgot about the time difference. even though I know I confirmed 12:00 EST. She said she had limited time and we needed to hurry.
