Basic it really wasn’t specific or different to any other place that hires. The staff are poorly trained and they went through a 3rd party hiring service which prolonged my interview process by a month because they were not contacting me when I specified certain times to do so, I had to call the HR office directly for a week before I was finally able to set up the interview, when arriving at interview the hiring manager stated that he had been trying to get me scheduled for the interview for a month and that the 3rd party service was new and still figuring it all out was very unprofessional
