I interviewed with an engineer who asked STAR type questions for about half the interview. The later half I got to ask him what were my questions about the company.

What was a time you disagreed with a coworker about something and how did you deal with that?
To figure out how many stations and how many operators you need in a production line, you start with the takt time and total workload, then factor in efficiency, layout, and operator balance. Here’s the step-by-step:
Multiple rounds with cross functional leaders. Technical but problem solving focused. Emphasis on how past experience will help in role. 3 or 4 rounds with different group each time. Was conducted virtually not in person.
