The interviewer was cold and strict and intimidating. Interviewed in person at a career fair. She did not care about coursework or knowledge I had in the field, only situational leadership examples.

I applied at my career fair and was able to get an interview slot for a video interview. They asked pretty simple behavioral questions like how do you experience line up with the goals of the facility.
Both hiring manger and HR person participated. Questions were like tell me about yourself and some basic BQs. The manager also introduced the role in detail. They were very nice.
