Very laid back, met at the career fair and was asked to interview the prior day. The entire process was very long. Had to send multiple (probably 4) follow-up emails over the course of about 3 months to obtain a response on if I would be moving forward in the interview process or not. The lack of communication was very frustrating and damaged my desire to accept the job if offered.

One to One. It takes around thirty to forty five minutes. There were some good managers when i gave interview. Recently too many BPO based managers are recruited, do expect some cheapness.
