They were fairly proficient at responding to any inquiries I had but were unorganized and assigned an employee to give me the interview and they did not take any notes.

What can you provide as a manager to this franchise?
Lovely and very personable. Feels like a conversation more than a drill. They are really there to get to know you. Would recommend very nice approach to people. Some scripted some off the cuff.
