1. Call from Recruiter (HR) answer questions. 2. Schedule phone interview w VP. 3. In person 3 hr interview w ED & VP. Asked Salary I'm seeking. 4. Go to site, meet w ED discuss job, questions etc. 5. Last minute late or very early sched to meet VP, ED and Pres which I pushed to later time, another 3 hrs and received written offer and 24 hours to accept or decline. Sadly, salary and benefits were not discussed other than my requirement which the base was lower, I asked about mileage it is only .30/mi after your first 10 miles per trip vs Fed Standard. Also, I countered the base and the VP is rather controlling, workaholic type so she must have been offended which is sad this day and age and immature...she pulled the offer vs having a conversation. It set the stage for why there are reviews like there are...if you can't discuss these things like and adult at the time of an offer after 3 days and 8 hours then likely you should not be managing or hiring people. It would seem treat me this way up front.... you'll do the same in the future with another matter. I did research with others in the industry thanks to connections on LI and confirmed salary and mileage were off compared to others in the market. Lastly, they recently sold assets and will be changing the name of the company going forward.
