I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Carlisle Medical (Mobile, AL)
Interview
The interview was one-on-one with the manager over the department. I began the interview with the HR assistant and filled out paperwork with basic information and employment history. Not too lengthy though and very easy to complete. My interview with the manager lasted about an hour and it was very laid back and not awkward at all. The basic questions were asked and I felt very comfortable and confident in the interview. It did take a while to hear back with an offer but once I left the interview, I was determined to land the job.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Carlisle Medical (Mobile, AL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Interview process was calm and welcoming. Interviewers were very informative regarding the company. After a series of phone calls and correspondence, I came into their office headquarters and sat down to interview with a panel. The interview process was very efficient and professional. There were four people on the panel who interviewed me about my current position and how it would compare to a role at Carlisle. They also asked me why I wanted to leave the current company I was working for in a very professional manner. The interview team wanted me to assure me that the Carlisle organization would be able to provide me with the opportunities I am pursuing.
The outcome of my interview was positive and I am currently working there!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Carlisle Medical (Telephone, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
I found my way to this company through a networking contact. He referred me to a National Sales Director, who in turn shared my information with corporate management and the owner. I had a total of four telephone interviews, first with this national contact, then with the HR manager, then again with HR, and finally with the company owner, his son (a VP) and a senior vice president.
The final group expressed significant interest in me, although I was not responding to an advertisement for a specific position. The owner, in particular, said that he was intrigued by my experience and what I could bring to the company.
Unfortunately, following these interviews, I was not invited to meet with anyone in person nor was there any response at all to four attempts to contact the owner (two by telephone, two by e-mail).
