1. 1st telephonic round. 2. Skype round. 3. Assignment round. They are mentally sick company.The interviewer was less knowledge on Ruby on Rails. I don't know how they are running the company.After complete all interview process no one respond back.I called their , mailed their but no reply.I think this company is not for experience candidate.Think before giving any interview, its just waste your time.

I had a first round which was telephonic. Next I was called for next round in their office. I had set an expectation in my mind after seeing their website. But everything just vanished after reaching their office in Bellandur. It felt like a two bedroom house converted into a company. The place was noisy with sounds from the neighboring houses. I couldn't stand it and just left the company without attending further rounds. I double checked with the the next buildings and shops if there was any other office for Carmatec and they confirmed that this is the only building. I was really disappointed and immediately left the place. I am not being harsh, but people like me shouldn't set any expectations by merely seeing their website.
