Great interview. Managers were nice and seemed very genuine. They asked questions about tip share, steps of service and volume of restaurant. In the interview they were very transparent about what to expect, what its like to work in Carmine's and what they would expect from me as an employee.

I sat down and was asked about my work history and menu knowledge. The manager who hired me quit 2 weeks later because of how they treated him. He asked me about my wine knowledge, food knowledge, tourism because it was at the Times Square location, and asked my about my availability.
