Hiring process took less than a month from sending out my first CV to being offered a position. One Skype interview with recruiter agent and one with HR manager, approx 40 mins duration each. They were interested in work experience and motivation to join a cruise line company. Both recruiter and HR manager created a friendly and supportive atmosphere during the conversation.
