Carol R. Johnson Associates Landscape Designer interview questions

After initially applying and not hearing anything, I was contacted by a senior associate who was "impressed with my portfolio" and invited to interview. Interviewed by two senior associates. Reviewed portfolio, talked about firm culture, and answered questions about the firm and the role. Interview generally went well and interviewers said that they or HR would be back in touch. I sent personalized follow-up emails the next day thanking interviewers for their time. Contacted HR as I was instructed. After two weeks, I had still heard nothing. Found the post-interview treatment quite callous and unprofessional. Incidentally, saw the same position was posted two months later. I would never apply here again after my experience. Good luck finding talented people to join your team when you treat candidates with such disrespect.
