Carousel Checks interview questions

I applied online and 2 weeks later was called by HR and was scheduled for an interview to come in . I was interview by a panel of 3 by the end of the week was called back with the offer.

Submit resume to job posting on job board, then I was contact via email to have a initial HR phone interview after which I was asked to come in for a personal interview with management, After about a week of not hearing from them, I sent and email about the position and then a few days later I received an offer. It seemed odd to me that they didn't have a second interview to confirm with the person I would work under. They just went straight to an offer after the first in-person interview. It hind sight, the process smacked of desperation.
